How to request a return or exchange
Return requests are submitted through your Liarian Unlimited customer account. Please review the Returns and Refund Policy before starting.
Before you begin
- Submit your request within 14 days of delivery.
- Make sure eligible items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
- Have your order information and return reason ready.
Submit your request
- Sign in to your customer account.
- Enter your email address and use the verification code sent to you.
- Open Orders and select the applicable fulfilled order.
- Select Request return.
- Choose the eligible items, select a return reason, and add helpful notes.
- Submit the request for review.
What happens next?
After the request is reviewed, you'll receive an email with the decision and applicable return instructions. Approved eligible clothing returns receive a prepaid label. Mail the approved return within 7 days of receiving the label.
After the package is received, allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Approved returns are issued as store credit under the store policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect order?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs.
