How do I access my account or orders?

Sign in to your customer account using your email address and verification code. From there, you can review available order information and submit eligible return requests.

Where can I find my tracking number?

A shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information is sent after the order ships. Check the email address used at checkout and your customer account.

How can I get help with an order?

Shipping

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

How long does standard delivery take?

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment. Carrier delays, weather, destination, holidays, and high-volume periods can affect delivery.

How much is shipping?

Current standard shipping rates are based on order weight and range from $4.99 to $12.99. Qualifying orders of $100 or more receive free standard shipping. The shipping rate displayed at checkout applies to the order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping isn't available at this time. Review the complete Shipping Policy for current details.

What should I do if tracking says delivered but I can't find the package?

Check the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, household members, and tracking notes, then contact the local carrier for delivery-location information. If you still need help, contact us with the order and tracking numbers.

Returns and exchanges

What is the return window?

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

Which items are final sale?

Current final-sale categories include jewelry and accessories, undergarments and lingerie, bathing suits and swimwear, sale and clearance items, and shoes that have been worn or are missing the original box.

How are approved returns issued?

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Refunds to the original payment method aren't available under the store’s current policy.

How do I request a return?

Review the Returns & Refund Policy, then follow the instructions on Requesting Returns & Exchanges. Eligible requests are submitted from your customer account.

What if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
