Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Liarian Unlimited Boutique. Please review the eligibility requirements and return instructions below before submitting a request.
Return window
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Requests submitted after the 14-day window are not eligible.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Final-sale and non-returnable items
For hygiene and quality-assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and aren't eligible for return or exchange:
- Jewelry and accessories
- Undergarments and lingerie
- Bathing suits and swimwear
- Sale and clearance items
- Shoes that have been worn or are missing the original box
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.
Return shipping
- Eligible clothing returns include free return shipping.
- After a return is approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
- The approved return must be securely packaged and mailed within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Store credit and exchanges
- Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
- Store credit doesn't expire and can be used toward a future purchase.
- Refunds to the original payment method aren't available under this policy.
- For a different size, color, or item, use the issued store credit to place a new order.
Processing time
Allow 5–7 business days after the returned package is received for inspection and processing. A confirmation email will be sent when the store credit is issued.
How to start a return
- Sign in to your customer account.
- Open your order history and select the applicable order.
- Select Request return, choose the items, provide a reason, and submit the request.
- Wait for approval and return instructions before mailing the item.
