📅 Return Window

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns requested after 14 days are not eligible.

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Undergarments & Lingerie
Bathing Suits & Swimwear
Shoes (if worn or missing original box)

Eligible clothing items include free return shipping.
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
Package your items securely and mail back within 7 days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items? Contact us within 3 days with photos.

💳 Store Credit & Exchanges

Returns are issued as store credit (digital gift card) that never expires.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
To exchange, simply use your store credit to place a new order.

🕐 Processing Time

Allow 5–7 business days after receiving your return for processing.
Confirmation email sent when store credit is issued.

📬 How to Start a Return

To start your return, you have two options:

Log in to your customer account on our website.
Go to Order History, select the order you’d like to return, and click Request a Return.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.
Or message us directly below with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and email your free return shipping label along with next steps.
