Preorder Information
Preorders let you reserve select styles before they are ready to ship. Because preorder merchandise is ordered or produced in advance, it follows a different timeline from ready-to-ship inventory.
Before You Order
- Check the product page: Each preorder listing includes the most current estimated arrival or shipping information available for that item.
- Payment is collected at checkout: Your order is secured when checkout is completed.
- Dates are estimates: Vendor, production, carrier, customs, or other delays can change an estimated arrival window.
- Limited availability: A preorder may close early if its available quantity sells out.
Preorders and Ready-to-Ship Items
For the clearest fulfillment experience, purchase preorder items separately from ready-to-ship items whenever possible. If different fulfillment timelines apply, shipment timing will follow the details shown for the items in your order.
Changes and Cancellations
Because preorder inventory is reserved in advance, cancellation availability may be limited after a preorder closes or the order has been submitted to the vendor. Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing and contact us as soon as possible if you need help.
Returns
Eligible returns are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Product-specific final-sale restrictions still apply.
