Boutique Denim Sizing
Some denim styles use odd-numbered sizes. As a starting point for those styles, an even U.S. size 2 corresponds to boutique size 1, size 4 to 3, size 6 to 5, size 8 to 7, size 10 to 9, size 12 to 11, size 14 to 13, and size 16 to 15.
